With the Trade Floor at the IAADFS Duty Free Show of the Americas nearly filled, the International Association of Airport Duty Free Stores (IAADFS) is optimistic that the return to the Marriott World Center in Orlando will boost attendance and exhibitors.

-- event taking place in the UK next September. Online registration will end on Jan. 31, says the event organizer, Travel Retail Training, as a new ISPY+ program is being added to the schedule.

A new report from the United Nation's Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) announced last week that economic recovery in the region will be quicker than originally forecast, and is projected to reach a growth rate of 4.1%. Growth will be led by Brazil and the rest of South America.
